1. How to Pick Up
- Bring a valid photo ID that matches your online profile.
- Arrive within your selected pickup window.
- Verify your items in our dedicated unboxing zones.
2. Return Guidelines
TechPlace offers a flexible 15-day return policy for unopened tech. Returns can be processed at any outlet or flagship, regardless of where the original pickup occurred.
3. Exceptions
Software, open-box items with missing parts, and custom-built PC hardware may have specific return limitations. Please consult with our in-store Lab Technicians for help.
